We believe that our elders deserve the best care, service, respect with as much independence and support to pursue their own interests as is desired. Coate Water Care is dedicated to ensuring that life at our homes are fulfilling and stimulating.
There are no rigid rules and clients are free to do what they want to do when they want to do it.
We understand that coming into a new home that provides care for our seniors can be daunting. We have provided a vast amount of information to assist you in making the right choice. We invite you to review the fact sheets, articles and links to official web sites and to use the care planning checklist to ensure that you have ticked all the boxes and therefore well informed before making a decision.
We offer an invitation to visit us at either Ashbury Lodge, Downs View or Four Seasons homes at any time you choose. You may even want to join us at one of our Day Care centres at Ashbury Lodge or Four Seasons. The kettle is always on and a friendly welcome awaits!
Both Ashbury Lodge and Four Seasons homes are maintained to high standards. They both have a high raio of care trained staff on-hand both day and night. And as Coate Water Care is a family business at least one family member is based at the home to ensure that all standards are maintained.
