Swindon Care Homes - Four Seasons

Four Seasons is a family owned, privately run care home. Chris and Geraldine's (the directors of Coate Water Care Co. Ltd) son Jamie is the Care Manager at Four Seasons and assumes day-to-day management and maintaining Coate Water's quality standards.
Four Seasons
provides excellent accommodation for 15 residents in 12 rooms split over two floors. Each floor is
linked by a vertical passenger lift. There is also an active day centre for 3 additional guests.
The home is perfectly located in a quiet cul de sac within easy access of Swindon town centre.
Four Seasons specialise in caring for older people who experience dementia but who do not need nursing care.
Typically there are 2 staff on duty throughout the period 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. plus the staff who clean and cook. Care is provided 24 hours a day.
Residents needs are assessed
prior moving into the home. As a matter of good practice the home also
completes their pre admission check. This ensures that Four Seasons can safely meet the
needs of the residents and make any adjustments to their rooms and equipment accordingly.

egular contact with relatives is viewed as an important part of life at the home and is greatly encouraged by Jamie and the care team. Both family and friends are welcome at the home at
anytime. A quote from one of our resident's family, “we
are very happy with the care provided” and “my mother loves the staff and the
care could not be better”.
There is a relaxed atmosphere about the home and routines offer flexibility.
Concerns and complaints are responded to appropriately and every effort is
being made to ensure service users are protected and safe.
Staff receive training appropriate for their role and opportunities are being provided to support staff in achieving National Vocational Training qualifications (NVQ) and Four Seasons have achieved the coveted Investors in People Award.
